WOW, is there buzz on the blog about the mention of "nursery"! :) We are eventually moving Easton into Raquelle's room (probably within the next 6-9 months). I'm taking on a design project in the next two months or so and won't have time to work on house stuff for a while and then if we get prego, I'll probably be too tired! :) So, that's why I did Easton's side of the room now. We're hoping to get prego, but nothing on the horizon at the moment!! The room Easton is in will stay a nursery-type room, so, that's why the mural will be nursery-ish. You silly people! If there was news to report...I'd just say so! :)

Silly computer boy
Yes, he has bed head, but is soo silly! Easton's little personality is coming out in full force and we're loving the silly faces, tons of kisses, the endless waves to everyone he meets, and just his all around sweetness!! Here he is drawing with daddy on the computer! :)
I love how kids think we can't see them when they cover their eyes!

Do you like my flowers?
A little paint and some decorations goes a long way! :) I found these flower graphics on istockphoto and LOVED them...so, I painted them to go above our bookcases. Then, on the dining room wall we finally got some pics hung up...although, I'm going to replace the "scenic" pics I've had in these frames forever with some pics of our kids...hence the saying in the middle of the frames. And the last is our living room when you first walk in. I LOVE the new paint colors throughout the house!! I am just so thankful for this blessing God has given us...it was SO worth the wait!! :)
I took these pics with my point and shoot camera (hence the flash) because I was too lazy to change the lens on my nice one! :) haha

Park Days
So, here's a few pics of LAST week...when we were healthy and playing at the park!! And a couple misc. shots of us around the house. The one of Easton and me (at the end) was taken by Raquelle! :) I love it! :) - photog in the making!

Our year book pictures!
The winker
Easton tries to wink at us when we start winking at him...but it's hilarious because he does weird stuff with his eyes! So, I finally decided to video it because it always makes me laugh. There are some good "winks" at the beginning and a cute one at the end. The middle is just me talk'n...so, you can fast forward if you want! :)

Caution...not for the faint of heart!
Please be advised, these are graphic pictures!!
We just got these in the mail from OHSU! We had Raquelle's 2-yr surgery follow-up appointment a few weeks ago and requested to get pics of her CT scan moments after her surgery and the scans from last month to compare. These (to us) are sooo cool! It shows the severity of her surgery and how the Lord held her in the palm of his hand through it all! I remember when we saw the first pics of her CT scan at her 6-wk surgery follow up and was blown away at what we saw! I didn't realize the extent of "restructuring" they were going to do!! Thank the Lord because if I would have known, I probably wouldn't have wanted to go through with it. He is SO faithful, and looking back on these pics reminds me all over again, how faithful He truly truly is!!
This first pic is within a few minutes of her being closed up in the operating room. There is a drainage tube that was in the pic across her incision that you can see in the pic. It was amazing to me how they cut her across her eyebrows and across the top of her head, took off that section and re-positioned everything to be wider and broader. They even cut slits in the top of her skull and "fanned" it out to widen it out...it's amazing to me! All the places where there are gaps are where the plates were installed...dissolvable plates...see the next picture...
And now...here she is just one month ago...all healed up! There are still a few "thin" spots of bone, but they are very small and will not be an issue as she grows up. And with all her hair, you don't notice her skull is a little bit ripply...it is amazing how God built our bodies to repair...especially little kids. Glory be to God!!
