I think this is it...

Ben took the projector back to school, so I'm afraid this will be the last of the art projects for a while! This is in Easton's room now which is the "nursery"! :) The birdies have little heart wings (click on the pic to zoom in) and I "carved" my initials and Ben's initials in the tree!! :) It's a love fest around here!! :) I love how this one turned out...soo sweet! Although, I'm contemplating coloring the bigger birdie on the tree a blue color!? What are your thoughts???

so cute :) I like the green birdie- but I guess he could be blue. And I have an overhead if you're not "done" yet and want to borrow it!! I need lessons from you, though! ;)

I am so impressed and inspired by your decorating endeavors. The nursery is my favorite yet! That tree is just so sweet...and I LOVE the birdies! You must be pooped after all of that work!

too cute too cute! i love all that you've done & can't wait to see what more beautiful things you'll be creating in your new home. i bet the before & after shots are night & day! let me know when we can come over- i'd love to see it in person!

truly, you amaze me, miss do it all! one question for you- what kind of brush are you using? mine are really flimsy & it's really hard to paint (esp. letters) on textured walls. i need a good brush for outlining. what is your recommendation?

Actually, I used a paint pen for the smaller/more detailed areas. You can get them at michaels. They are made by Elmers and have all different colors and pen sizes...that SAVED me in some of the areas!! Then I used a real small flat brush for doing small painting projects - like an art brush. That's the secret! We have really textured walls too, so the paint pen didn't work great all the time, I had to come back and smooth some of the edges with the brush. If you look real close, not all my lines are totally straight because of the textured walls, but standing back from where people see it, you can't tell!!
