Photoshoot with Easton

I went to Lewis and Clark College to take some pics of Easton. Raquelle is in Reedsport with her Nana and Pops all weekend, so I got some GREAT focused time to do a photo shoot. He was such a little trouper!! Finally fell asleep towards the end so I could get some sweet sleeping baby shots. He's a little over 2.5 months and growing soo fast! I love the pic above with his jean jacket on. For some reason I thought just a plain white onesie would be better, so I took it off him...I wish I would have done more with it on because it makes his blue blue eyes pop out of the picture!! I guess I have tomorrow for another photoshoot...maybe I'll try that!! :) Raquelle will be back on Sunday so we'll have to do some sister-brother shots soon - I hope! :)

A fun birthday weekend in Seattle

We had the opportunity as a family to head up to Seattle, WA to spend my birthday weekend with some of our dear friends - the Chavez Family! It was sooo much fun and actually very relaxing despite the fact there were two babies and a two year old!! They spoiled us like crazy...good food, GREAT cake, and fun conversation - and a wonderful pedicure!! Thanks guys soo much for making us feel so special!

I was also able to do a little photoshoot with their darling little man, Nolan, and his beautiful mommy. It was great and the pics turned out pretty cute! So, here's a few of the pics I was able to capture sitting on their deck looking into their house through the door...a great spot for natural lighting - for all you photographers out there!! :)

Fun times at Cuz'ns Camp

We just got back from spending four days in Reedsport, OR camping at Nana and Pops's house. Easton and I stayed in the house at night while the rest of the Harris Family members (including Raquelle and daddy) spent the night in tents. It was such a fun weekend of hanging with the entire Harris family clan. Raquelle finally learned out to ride the tricycle...she can get her legs to push those pedals all the way around. It was a fun weekend!!

Raquelle and Ryder had a blast running ALL over the place, exploring snake holes and eating LOTS of fruit!! Thanks Nana and Pops for such a fun time!!

Such a happy smiley baby!

We just LOVE his baby blues! Don't know where he got such beautiful blue eyes, but he's such a cutie pie! We do know where he got those long eye lashes though...from his daddy!! Handsome boy...we can't believe he's two months old today! Thank you Jesus for this precious gift!!

New House Color

We've decided on a color and painted the front of our house! It's no longer yellow, but a nice grey/blue color. It looks much nicer with the new wood deck/pergola. We're happy, but realize how much more work we have in front of us!! Ugh! :)

Playing on the bed:

Raquelle LOVES to play on our bed! So, I took this opportunity to snap a few pics. She's really enjoying "modeling" for the camera...it's pretty funny! Here's just two of the many great shots I was able to get of her...she's just SO pretty!

Silly Raquelle:

Raquelle was blowing raspberries on her arm and then giggling after dinner! It was hilarious...so, I snapped a few of her just being her silly self!

Stroller baby:

Raquelle decided she needed a new "doll" for her stroller! So, daddy decided Easton would be a perfect fit! We were dying laughing because he looks like a little old man in a stroller!!! I still laugh whenever I see these pics!

Starting to smile:

He's 7 weeks today and starting to smile - some big smiles! It's soo cute! Ben asked if I thought Easton's milestones might not be so big of a deal because he's our second and we've been through the "firsts" with Raquelle. I wasn't too sure, but then when we got the first smile, I realized it's all going to be new and SO much fun, just like the first time with Raquelle! I'm so glad it works out like that!! :) He is still SUCH a good baby!! He gets us everytime with those deep blue eyes of his!

Fun at the zoo:

We were able to go to the zoo with some friends this week. Raquelle was able to hang out with Samuel and Parker! What fun it was...even though we weren't there too long! :)

As we were waiting in line, guess who we bumped into?? - Ryder, Kim and Bella!! This was such a sweet pic of Raquelle with her cuz'n Ryder!

Water Park Fun!

What a fun day for the waterpark down at the Pearl District! We played with Parker out in the water and had such a blast! I was able to catch a few pretty pics of our beautiful girl as she played in the water...it was a fun morning!
