I figured it out!

So, I finally figured it out! - how to upload video from our new camera onto the blog! I had saved the file the wrong way and could only get that last video up using utube! :) So, hopefully the clarity is better on this one since it's been compressed from my computer! :)

I hope to do lots of short videos now so you all can see what our kiddos are up to during the day!! - they are sooo giggly, jumpy and funny!! We are blessed and I am excited to share with you the best moments to come!! Here's another jumping one since I'm practicing with him! :)

As we go...

So, yesterday we went on a walk to the post office and the Village. I took my camera along the way to see what kind of pics I could take in the Village with the old buildings and antique shops. Well, I learned something valuable about my princess along the way...to take pics of her "as we go"! That worked the best!! I got some fun shots...I couldn't decide so I had to include lots! It was a fun walk, and a rewarding picture session and by the end of it, we were still friends! :) It was a win-win...taking pictures as we go!

Last night we carved some tiny pumpkins we got from nana!! Raquelle wouldn't help us get the seeds out because, "it's too slimy!" So, she stirred the bowl of pumpkin seeds and "baked" them in the oven...which was a few stepping stones around the front of the house! :) It was fun, but maybe next year she'll want to get a little "slimy"!

Garage Lighting

Here's a test shot in our garage, using some black background fabric hung up just inside the doors! :) My sister-in-law Kim and I have been brainstorming on how to get good natural light during the darker Oregon days...this will work beautifully! :)

The trick will be getting our kids to sit in front of it!

A weekend with the Harris Family

We went to Reesdport for the weekend to hang with the entire Harris family. Our dear little grandpa Bud passed away, so we had a memorial service for him...and the same day (earlier that day), all us girls gathered to celebrate a new baby that Ben's cousin Jamie and her husband Corey are adopting from Liberia. His name is Micah and we have yet to meet him in person...but hopefully next month they will be heading over to Africa to pick up this precious gift the Lord has given them!

Kim (my amazing sister-in-law) and I also had a chance to take some pics of each others families. Although we didn't get a lot of great family pics, we managed to catch a few!! Here's just a couple of our beautiful family that I managed to capture!!

Slobber Monster

It must be a 4 month "graduation" thing, but the little man has figured out how to blow raspberries with his tongue! It's SOO cute...had to get the video camera out! He has this little cooing sound he makes when he blows. Here's a few pics of him getting all slobbery while jumping in his jumper...hence the blurriness of the second picture! :) But, still cute so I had to put it in...if you zoom in, you'll see all the slobber! :)
